This vintage postcard featuring a photograph of Little Coxwell was posted in 1925. The house on the left-hand edge of the terrace was occupied by Henry and Emma Hawkins and family. It was still occupied by their descendants until about the 1970s. It has since been rebuilt.

In the foreground is the village pump which supplied water to that end of Little Coxwell. The pump and the pile of stones were still there and in everyday use in the 1950s but have since been removed.

The postcard was produced by Fred C. Palmer, Swindon, At the time Little Coxwell was in Berkshire, but due to boundary changes is now in Oxfordshire.
