Vera Irene Seary 1913-1993 This photograph was taken at the rear of Woodbine Cottage on Swindon Road, Faringdon, in about 1928. The ground behind was part of Carters Nurseries at the junction of Swindon Road and Fernham Road. Woodbine Cottage was on the fringes of Faringdon and was quite isolated at the time.
